Steel and structural openings, roofs and glazing, then the kitchen and finishes inside — one team from footings to the last coat.
Built to sit naturally against the house.
Brick matched, roof lines resolved and the junction with the existing building detailed so it reads as part of the house rather than an addition to it.
02 · Loft conversions
A new floor, without losing the character of the house.
Dormer, hip-to-gable and mansard conversions with the structure, stairs, insulation and fire strategy handled — and an en suite where the plan allows.
03 · Kitchens & bathrooms
The rooms you use every day, finished to last.
Full strip-out and refit, with the plumbing and electrics behind the walls done as carefully as the tiling, stone and joinery in front of them.
04 · Whole-house renovation
Back to brick, and forward again.
Layout, services, insulation, windows and every finish, re-planned around how the house will be lived in — with the original details kept where they earn their place.
